This hand grater has a unique and streamlined design, with a sleek appearance and handy rotating mechanism. With one hand you push the cheese into the grater, while you use the other hand to turn the handle. The handle can be attached to either side, making it accessible for lefties and righties alike! After use, it can go straight in the dishwasher. This grater is best suited for harder cheeses, like Parmigiano Reggiano.

The gloves should be machine washed (not in the dishwasher), or hand washed and allowed to drip dry.
