This is an interactive class, taking turns in the kitchen creating the recipes with chef demonstrations. There is nothing more satisfying than the perfect bite. And there's no more delicious way to wash down the perfect bite than with a refreshing glass (or two) of holiday cheer. Serving them up small-plate style, Chef Brian presents a selection of great bites that you can mix and match and pairs them with the perfect libations. With these addictively delicious recipes and advice on how to present food like a pro, Chef Brian ensures the next gathering you host will be a memorable one.
On the menu: Vision of Sugarplums Cocktail with Citrus Vodka, Plum, Blueberry and Hibiscus, Olive Wreath Charcuterie Board, Oysters Rockefeller with Fire-Roasted Pepper & Fennel, Filet Mignon Tartine with Smoked Egg Yolk & Bone Marrow Aioli, Apple White Cheddar-Rosemary Puff Pastry Braid, and Pistachio- Raspberry Eclairs with Chocolate Ganache
Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make your reservation, call up to 72 hours before the class start time for a credit or refund. Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit or refund as we've already incurred food and staff costs. You are welcome to find someone who would enjoy attending class in your place. We get cancellations often; if you see a sold-out class that you would like to attend, please add information to our Waitlist or call the store at 630-790-8500 to be placed on the waiting list.
Dietary Restrictions: We cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with dietary restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. Our kitchens are not an allergen-free environment.
