On the menu: Pan Con Tomate (Tomato Bread) with Olive Oil & Roasted Garlic, Chicken, Chorizo and Shrimp Paella with Saffron Rice, Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Manchego Cheese & Marcona Almonds, and Spanish Custard with Caramelized Sugar Crust
