Join us for an evening of the perfect blend of live cooking, instruction, chef tips, and course by course service in our chef demonstration and wine pairing class with Chef Robin and Marche Wine Director John Kay. Immerse yourself in the vibrant, sun-kissed tastes of Spain as you enjoy a menu full of seasonal ingredients that perfectly capture the essence of Spanish cuisine, all paired with the perfect vino.

Spanish Cheese & Charcuterie including Jamón Serrano, Manchego & Membrillo
Ajo Blanco (Chilled White Soup with Garlic & Green Grapes)
Mushrooms in Garlic Sauce
Paella MIxta with Shrimp, Mussels & Chicken
Chocolate Crèma Catalana with Orange Scented Berries

Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make your reservation, call up to 72 hours before the class start time for a credit or refund. Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit or refund as we've already incurred food and staff costs. You are welcome to find someone who would enjoy attending class in your place. We get cancellations often; if you see a sold-out class that you would like to attend, please add information to our Waitlist or call the store at 630-790-8500 to be placed on the waiting list.
