American Spoon Blueberries are petite Rubel blueberries preserved in a deep, jammy syrup of wild blueberry juice subtly sweetened with sugar. This loose, pourable compote captures the alluringly nostalgic taste of freshly picked blueberries  in a luxurious topping for over pancakes, ice cream, or yogurt. 

- American Spoon Blueberries are made in our Petoskey, Michigan kitchen with Rubel blueberries grown in Southwest Michigan. 
- Our Blueberries  are cooked in small copper kettles just 50 jars at a time.
