On the menu: Blushing Martini, Smoked Salmon Rice Canape with Yuzu & Green Apple, Smashed Potato Tartlet with Tomato Rosette, Vietnamese Meatball Skewers with Crispy Sesame Slaw, Date & Goat Cheese Crostini with Honeyed-Strawberry Adobo Glaze, Lemon Cheesecake-Stuffed Chocolate Covered Strawberries, and Chocolate Shell Surprise Dessert
