Mid Kids Camp: Food Truck Favorites
Campers will become food truck experts as they learn to prepare a variety of savory snacks, tasty handhelds, and sweet treats that are perfect for a food truck menu. From mini sliders and street tacos to fresh smoothies and delectable desserts, the possibilities are endless!
On the menu:
Monday June 16: Greek Chicken Gyros with Homemade Tzatziki, Fresh Cut Feta French Fries, Classic Hummus with Toasted Pita, and Fruity Phyllo Cups
Tuesday June 17: Grilled Cheese Sliders, Potato Wedges with Herby Ranch, Creamy Tomato Soup and Strawberry Milkshakes
Wednesday June 18: Crispy Fried Chicken Tenders with Tangy BBQ Sauce, Bacon Mac and Cheese Cups, and Apple Hand Pies
Thursday June 19: Chicken Street Tacos with Corn-Jicama Salsa, Chorizo Queso Dip with Lime Tortilla Chips and Cinnamon Sugar Churros with Caramel Sauce
Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make your reservation, call up to 72 hours before the class start time for a credit or refund. Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit or refund as we've already incurred food and staff costs. You are welcome to find someone who would enjoy attending class in your place. We get cancellations often; if you see a sold-out class that you would like to attend, please add information to our Waitlist or call the store at 630-790-8500 to be placed on the waiting list.
Dietary Restrictions: We cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with dietary restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. Our kitchens are not an allergen-free environment.
