Transport yourself to an Italian countryside osteria with this hands-on pasta-making class, where you’ll learn to create a delicious spring-inspired Italian dinner from scratch. From fresh pasta dough to savory sauces and seasonal ingredients, Chef Brian will guide you through the art of making an authentic Italian meal, just like you'd find in the sun-drenched hills of Italy.

Arugula Insalata with Burrata & Lemon-Almond Vinaigrette
Fried Calamari with Roasted Garlic Marinara
Chicken Fettuccini Basilico with Artichoke & Sun-Dried Tomato Cream
Pistachio Tiramisu with Espresso

Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make your reservation, call up to 72 hours before the class start time for a credit or refund. Within 72 hours we are not able to offer a credit or refund as we've already incurred food and staff costs. You are welcome to find someone who would enjoy attending class in your place. We get cancellations often; if you see a sold-out class that you would like to attend, please add information to our Waitlist or call the store at 630-790-8500 to be placed on the waiting list.
