On the menu: Prosecco, Cheese & Charcuterie, Roasted Beet, Goat Cheese & Pecan Salad, Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Red Wine Sauce, Creamy Lobster Risotto with Leek, Lemon and Parmigiano Reggiano, and Chocolate Creme Brulee with Caramelized Sugar Crust
