Workshop: Summer Pasta

 

In addition to perfect pasta dough, this workshop expands your knowledge and techniques in preparing different pasta shapes and preparations. Learn to roll out and shape tagliatelle and ravioli and create classic seasonal sauces to accompany your pasta. With an Italian salad and Tuscan olive oil cake dessert, you’ll gain the confidence and skills to create a beautiful meal of fresh pasta any time.

Spring Greens & Shaved Asparagus Salad with Cacio e Pepe Dressing

Homemade Tagliatelle Pasta

Bolognese Sauce

Homemade Mushroom & Taleggio Ravioli with Marsala Cream Sauce
